Shipping policy

Shipping is via USPS or UPS Ground. Delivery times will vary based on size and weight of product; generally 5 - 8 business days, depending on your distance from Brooklyn, NY. Expedited shipping is available for a fee. Please contact the store directly for expedited inquiries. 

Additional shipping costs may apply to certain items due to weight or size. Shipping costs to destinations outside the U.S. will be assessed before we ship. Shipping Promotions exclude oversized items by size and/or weight and location.

Most items are stocked and shipped within 2 business days. In the rare event that an item is out of stock, we'll get the item to you as soon as it's available from the artist, designer, or maker, usually within 4 weeks from the time of order. In the case that we can no longer get the merchandise to you, within a reasonable amount of time, a full refund will be provided.
