After devouring the great British bake-off, I have learned a thing or two about pastry, & have successfully made a dairy-free pie crust for my dairy-free friends. This is a fully utilitarian kitchen chart used for referencing 6 types of pastry: shortcrust, puff (& variations) 8'' X 8'' Letterpress.
