SHIPPING METHOD:

Shipping is via USPS or UPS Ground. Delivery times will vary based on size and weight of product; generally 5 - 10 business days, depending on your distance from Brooklyn, NY. Expedited shipping is available for a fee. Please contact the store directly for expedited inquiries. 

Additional shipping costs may apply to certain items due to weight or size. Shipping costs to destinations outside the U.S. will be assessed before we ship. Shipping Promotions exclude oversized items by size and/or weight and location.

PACKAGING:

If you need to request a receipt for online orders please email us at info@collierwest.com, with your order number in the title. We ship out within a week of order date in most cases, so please email as soon as possible. 

BUY ONLINE, PICK UP IN-STORE:

Some items might be made to order, or inventory can be off at times due to our smaller team. If you need something same day please email us first to verify that we have it in store at this time before ordering. 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES:

At Collier West, we are confident the quality of our merchandise will meet, if not exceed, your expectations. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may exchange or receive store credit only. All returns must be made within 14 days of purchase. Shipping returns will be at the expense of the purchaser regardless of damage due to transit and must include the appropriate shipping insurance for the value of the item. Shipping and handling charges are nonrefundable.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS:

Every item is carefully inspected before being packed and shipped to you. We encourage you to do the same upon receipt of your purchase. In the event that damage occurs in transit, or if you discover any defect in manufacture, please contact us at 718-254-9378 within 14 days of the receipt of your order to make arrangements for the return of the damaged item(s). Please keep the original box and packing material with the damaged item in the event that the shipper needs to pick up the box for inspection. Upon receiving your return, your merchandise will be inspected and we will contact you to arrange the shipment of replacement item(s).

COLORS:

We have done our best to display as accurately as possible the colors of the products shown on the Site. All monitors portray color in different lights. Because of this, we cannot guarantee that the products that you order will be an exact color representation from what you view on the Collier West website.
