The two pieces referenced immediately struck me - despite being 51 images a part in our selection, they felt as if they (the nude figure and the donkey), were looking at each other. Why? What world are they in? Dyslexically, , I initially had thought the donkey was a cow - and I decided to go with that for my image. I work with two figures - the nude and the cow, and this felt like a through-line between me and the work.
